・For female customers who prefer a female therapist, please pre-book at least 1 day before if request for female, and please leave a note and your mobile number in your order so the merchant can contact ・you directly for arrangement update.

・Merchant reserves the right to refuse service if you are late for more than 15 minutes.

・Please arrive on time according to your booking time. Merchant reserves the right to reduce treatment time accordingly if you are late.

・3 hours prior to the booking date., eligible to reschedule once.

・This booking can no longer be changed or cancelled once it has been rescheduled.

・No refunds will be made for any difference in price for online payment changes resulted from rescheduling.

・Cancel prior to 72 hour(s) (time inclusive) from the selected date hour(s) (time inclusive), full refund will be made.

・Cancel within the 3 (time inclusive) ~ 72 hours (time exclusive) prior to the booking time., will be charged 20% of total amount as deposit.

・Cancel within the 0 (time inclusive) ~ 3 hours (time exclusive) prior to the booking time., will be charged 100% of total amount as deposit.

・In case of partial payment by credit card installment, payment by the same credit card for this transaction will be made after full refund of the payment.
