・Pipis Kiosk, a restaurant led by the esteemed executive chef Jordan Clay & the distinguished sommelier Tom Hunter, is situated on the picturesque foreshore of Albert Park. This culinary haven showcases the exquisite seasonal delights of seafood, offering a truly memorable dining experience.

・Clay, a Canadian-born chef, has extensive experience working in renowned restaurants such as L’Abattoir (Vancouver), Le Chateaubriand (Paris), Pei Modern, Movida & Cumulus Up. His culinary approach can be characterized as "deceptively simple".

・Here are his thoughts:- “The food is very stripped back and often centres around hero ingredients. It’s not overly fussy or ‘showy’ cuisine, & often the heavy lifting is done by sauces that are influenced by the multicultural city in which we live.” Chef Jordan Clay’s seafood focused menu is just as impressive, taking cues from the seasons in both its produce & how its preparation of ingredients is.
