"Satya" symbolizes truth and reality in Hindi, and it is also the name passed down through the owner's family. This dedication to cuisine became the starting point for the birth of Satya Indian Kitchen.

The owner has lived in Taiwan for many years and, due to a love for his hometown cuisine, decided to create a restaurant in Fengyuan, which at the time had no Indian restaurants, that could faithfully present Indian flavors. With an Indian chef at the helm, who previously worked at a five-star Sheraton hotel in India, every detail from the spice ratios, cooking times, to plating is meticulously attended to.

Most of the spices, ingredients, and elements of the restaurant's decor come from India, making it feel as if you have instantly stepped into the streets of India upon entering. The menu includes appetizers, tandoor-roasted dishes, curry main courses, naan, and specialty drinks, with options for both meat and vegetarian dishes. The spiciness can also be adjusted according to personal preference, allowing authentic flavors to comfortably align with Taiwanese dining habits.
