・We are a cashless restaurant. We accept Visa, Master, AMEX, JCB and UnionPay cards, as well as Maybank, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and TnG eWallet QR Pay at the restaurant.

・We will do our best to accommodate seating preferences; however, final table allocations are at the restaurant’s discretion and subject to availability.

Decoration & Cake:

・At Bidou, we do not provide decorations, but guests are welcome to bring their own. We kindly ask that any decorations remain simple and discreet, so as not to interfere with dinner service. We also do not provide cakes, but you’re more than welcome to bring one along. If you’d like to have a cake, flowers, or gifts delivered to the restaurant, we’d be happy to present them upon your arrival. Kindly inform us in advance, and please ensure that deliveries are made between 15:00 - 16:00.

・As our refrigeration space is limited, cakes should not exceed 6 x 6 inches. To ensure everything is arranged smoothly, we kindly ask that you contact us ahead of time.

・We can accommodate allergies and religious restrictions with advance notice, but substitutions are subject to ingredient availability on the day. Please let us know when making your reservation.

・However, we are unable to accommodate life-threatening allergies. Due to our open kitchen layout, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination or that our dishes will be 100% free of allergens. We highly recommend that guests with severe allergies bring their prescribed medications as a precaution.

Group Policy and Private Rooms:

・Our Private Dining Space is ideal for up to 14 guests, with a minimum spend of RM 5,500 nett.

・For reservations of 6 guests and above, a non-refundable deposit of RM 50 nett per guest is required.
