・Mattia Coppo will lead a masterclass on Aperitivo Italiano presenting Cocchi Vermouths and Aromatized Wines that are the protagonists of the real Aperitivo Italiano. You will get more on the history of Cocchi Winery and peculiarities of Cocchi products, discovering more on perfect serves and tricks to create the perfect Italian aperitivo!
・Cocchi has been producing since 1891 wine-based aperitifs and 100% Piedmontese sparkling wines in Asti. From the founder Giulio Cocchi, the winery has inherited an inexhaustible liveliness and qualitative research that leads it to be known and appreciated on five continents. All Cocchi products recipes are still those of the past, codified on the intuitions of Giulio Cocchi himself.
