Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment method: You can choose online card swiping, LINE Pay, or ATM transfer

1. The payment method is "online credit card or LINE Pay":

If an order is canceled, 3% System handling fee of the total amount will be charged and paid by the customer. If you are concerned about being charged this fee, please choose ATM transfer.

Invoice: Issue an electronic invoice immediately.

2. The payment method is "ATM transfer":

Payment needs to be completed within 3 days after the order is established. If not completed, the order will be automatically canceled.

Invoice: If you need an invoice for the date of stay, please choose this payment method.

Cancellation policy

・If canceled 90 days (inclusive) or more before the check-in date, a full refund will be issued. For credit card and LINE Pay payments, a 3% System handling fee will be deducted from the total amount, and a NT$30 handling fee will be deducted for bank transfers.

If canceled 10 to 89 days (inclusive) before the check-in date, 3% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.

If canceled 7 to 9 days (inclusive) before the check-in date, 25% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.

If canceled 4 to 6 days (inclusive) before the check-in date, 30% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.

If canceled 2 to 3 days (inclusive) before the check-in date, 35% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.

If canceled 1 day (inclusive) before the check-in date, 40% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.

If canceled on the check-in date (day 0), 50% cancellation fee of the total amount will be charged.

For those who paid via ATM, a NT$ 30 bank handling fee will be charged if canceled 10 days (inclusive) before the check-in date. For cancellations within 10 days, the above cancellation policy (same as for other online payment methods) will apply.

Other Important Information for Guests:

To support environmental protection and promote green tourism, we do not provide disposable amenities. Please bring your own.

If the actual number of guests exceeds the number of guests booked, we will not be able to provide service.

Rooms are equipped with heating and cooling systems and fans; please do not bring other electrical appliances to avoid the risk of power outages.

The tents have limited soundproofing. Guests sensitive to noise should consider this; earplugs are available on-site.

To preserve the wetland environment, no campfire activities are provided in the park.

Starting September 15, 2024, the campsite will allow dogs in the "Conch Area" and "Purple Cloud Train Area." Please review the pet policy below.

When going out, always keep the tent zipper closed to prevent rainwater from entering the tent.

Pet-Friendly - Pet Policy:

Please do not allow pets on the beds to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.

Immediately clean up after your pet if it defecates or urinates in the park, rooms, or restrooms, to maintain a comfortable environment for the next guest.

Pet behavior is the full responsibility of the owner. If a pet causes damage to the room or facilities, or exhibits aggressive behavior leading to injuries or violations of this accommodation policy, the owner will be responsible for subsequent compensation.

A cash deposit of 2,000 TWD will be collected at check-in for each room with pets. This deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage to the room or facilities.

For campervans: Only small and medium-sized dogs are allowed, and each vehicle is limited to 2 pets.

For tents: There are no size restrictions on dogs, and each tent is limited to 2 pets.

A maximum of two pets per tent or vehicle.

Pets must be over 6 months old. For elderly pets, owners should monitor their health closely.

An additional cleaning fee of 500 TWD per pet will be charged, with a maximum of 1,000 TWD for two pets.

A cash deposit of 2,000 TWD must be paid at check-in. The deposit will be refunded after check-out once it is confirmed that the tent or vehicle and its facilities are undamaged.

Pets must wear a harness (males) or diaper (females) when entering the tent or vehicle.

Ensure that pets have completed their rabies vaccinations before check-in.

Pets should be bathed and flea-treated before arrival.

If a pet exhibits aggressive behavior or continuous barking and the owner cannot control it immediately, the property reserves the right to refuse service and no refund will be given.

Pets must be on a leash, in a stroller, or in a transport cage when inside the park.

Owners must clean up after their pets.

Pets should not be left alone in the tent or vehicle.

In the event of fights between pets or if a pet bites another guest, both parties must handle and resolve the situation independently, with the pet owner assuming all responsibility.

Feeding pets with restaurant utensils is strictly prohibited.

Certain breeds are not accepted: Pit Bulls, Tibetan Mastiffs, Bull Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Japanese Tosa, Neapolitan Mastiffs, Argentine Dogos, Brazilian Fila, or any pet exhibiting clear aggressive behavior.

A penalty of 5,000 TWD will be imposed for violations of the above regulations.
